According to Gizmodo, Think Secret has learned that Steve Jobs will announce the iTunes movie rentals at the Apple Worldwide Developers Conference on August 7, 2006. Apparently Walt Disney, Universal Studios, Paramount Pictures, and Warner Bros. have already agreed to offer content for the service. The movies are said to have some time stamp to prevent piracy. The movies will only play for a certain time period.
