Rogers is set to offer the HTC Touch Diamond in Canada for $199 with on a 3-year contract(with a minimum $45 voice / data plan).
Engadget is reporting that the Touch Diamond will also be available with voice-only plans for $449.99 (3-year), $549.99 (1 to 2-year) and $599.99 (month-to-month). Data-only plans will be offered at $499.99 handset (3-year).
