Sakar International has announced the iView, a 7-inch portable viewing device for the iPod.

"iView is the ultimate solution for the iPod with video allowing users to enhance the video viewing experience on a 7” LCD screen. The LCD screen offers up a high-resolution quality picture and Hi-Fidelity built-in speakers. iView features a dock connector that charges the iPod while in use and a built-in rechargeable lithimum battery providing up to five hours of use time. iView is ultra slim and easy to carry and it can also be connected to any television set using Audio/Video input to make the viewing experience even more dynamic. iView retails for $149.99 at Bon-ton (bonton.com).
